John, I enjoy the detail you share with us in your video updates, but sometimes my bandwidth -- even at the office -- is not up to the task without doing lots of buffering. Is it possible for you to extract just the audio from your video -- up front, before you post it -- and then post both the video and an audio file, for those of us who are bandwidth challenged? So far I haven't had any luck extracting the audio from your finished product. Thanks.
